I actually found out what caused this problem. It seems that the directory with the dll was in the linker options instead of using the Linker->Input->”Additional Dependencies”

ABSTRACT Disruption of the pancreatic exocrine function in chronic pancreatitis is associated with diabetes. When patients with chronic pancreatitis are diagnosed with diabetes or if patients with chronic pancreatitis are at risk for developing diabetes, they are monitored clinically for evidence of pancreatic function. Patients are clinically followed using the definition of chronic pancreatitis adopted by the International Pancreatic Club in 2005 (3), and therapy for chronic pancreatitis, pancreatic enzymes, or duodenal diversion may be initiated. The most important direct clinical decisions involving patients are pancreatic enzyme replacement and surgical treatment to prevent gastric outlet obstruction in patients with obstructive chronic pancreatitis. The definition and detection of pancreatic insufficiency have evolved over time. In fact, the current definition of the severity of pancreatic exocrine insufficiency is symptomatic. These standards do not describe objective measures of pancreatic function. This lack of an objective definition of exocrine insufficiency represents a significant limitation of the clinical management of pancreatic function. Using data on pancreatic function in patients with chronic pancreatitis who participated in a registry of clinical practices at the Mayo Clinic (RPCP), we propose to use external data sources such as the electronic health record (EHR) to develop objective, laboratory-based measures for pancreatic exocrine insufficiency. We hypothesize that objective exocrine dysfunction will be correlated with increased use of outpatient and inpatient services, and increased risk of mortality. This aim will be accomplished using statistical methods to develop an EHR-based algorithm that can estimate a patient’s risk of developing pancreatic exocrine insufficiency based on electronic laboratory data.
