Nagger is a small, simple program that can be used by anyone to monitor your own use of
the computer. It periodically checks the computer’s CPU usage and audio/video playback
and issues the user a warning to stop the computer. Nagger is designed to function well

To install, you’ll need to locate and extract the Nagger executable file. You can do
this either manually from the CD-ROM or you can find the correct file in the Windows
update folder with some software. Copy the file to your computer and double-click it to

Nagger is a very simple program. When you start it up, you’ll see a window with some
information about how much time your computer has been idle. It should also display the
last time the program checked to see if the CPU usage dropped below a certain amount.
When you close Nagger’s window, you should be prompted to confirm (by clicking the
‘Yes’ button). The confirmation box will allow you to either keep Nagger running, or stop
Nagger from checking the computer, and you’ll be notified the next time you start up the
