    South Korean intelligence agencies are upgrading their mobile phone technology to avoid being hacked by foreign adversaries.

    Mobile phone operators have been offering encryption to protect users from eavesdropping and hackers but the country’s National Intelligence Agency is set to upgrade the security system, The Korea Herald reports.

    According to officials quoted by the paper, the NIA will likely install the “encryption chip” technology by October of this year.

    The chip is set to be installed into 10,000 smart phones and is seen as a world first.

    “The NIA plans to install SIM cards with the encryption chip in all its phones, but it won’t make the technology a public element because it has to be installed at the country level, a source told the paper.

    “The plan is complete, we have finished it. It is not a business trial, our threat assessment has been thorough and we believe the risk of infiltration from an external source is so high it must be secured at every angle.

    “NIA is deploying a system which can’t be hacked or manipulated but it’s still a security issue because the threat of cyber espionage and acts of sabotage persists,” a NIA official said.

    I have done a big mistake in writing this review. I know I can’t correct my mistakes so I’ll just leave it here with a part disclaimer. I’m not a professional, so just treat what I’m saying as my opinion and do what you will with it. Ok here goes.

    “The Elder Scrolls Online has a lot of features to offer, like the mesmerizing story, amazing PvP action, epic dungeons, and many more. However, this game fails to bring something special. To be perfectly honest, in addition to the graphical display, the story, and the AI have no interesting twists.”

    “The Elder Scrolls Online lacks the depth that brought the Elder Scrolls series success.”

    “Players cannot make any permanent changes to the game world”

    “The combat system is different but does not offer anything special”

    “Melees and ranged combat are the same as in Skyrim”

    “Mixed PvP and PvE”

    “The main NPC quest is irritating”

    “Players have to pay for packs on an ongoing basis”

    “Mountains are boring”

    “Combat is slow”

    “The game world lacks the grandeur of Skyrim”

    “The game world has already been explored over and over”

    “That NPC Quest System is annoying”

    The last thing I want to say is that this game is not worth the monthly fee. I’ll say it once again – The Elder Scrolls Online is not worth the fee. However, it is better to try it out than buy a few games from the current trend (Dying Light, Fallout 4, Overwatch etc.).

    There’s plenty of potential here. Maybe the most obvious area of improvement for the game is the introduction of mouse and keyboard controls. Based on my experience playing at the E3 demo, they’re in place but you’ll need to figure out the right balance and button mappings. But that’s not all.
