If you’ve ever seen the stark white walls of a conference room, you may have noticed a poster covering a portion of the wall. That poster is one of countless posters of Photoshop. Many companies use Photoshop as the image manipulation program for their printed advertisements or for their web sites.
Because Photoshop is one of the most widely used programs for image manipulation, it’s not unusual for it to be around even when you’re not using it, just in case you want to manipulate an image.

## Opening and Closing Files
When you open an image, you use the menu options on the File menu. The File menu is your map to all the places in the image file’s directory tree where Photoshop can save your files.

Delegation of strontium-89 to bone: a critical assessment.
Strontium-89 (Sr-89) is an experimental radiopharmaceutical for the treatment of hypercalcemia. Its half life is 67.6 d, long enough to allow the clinical use of the treatment with one injection of the radiopharmaceutical in combination with a single administration of gadolinium-based magnetic resonance imaging contrast agent. A bone incorporation protocol based on the parallel planar imaging allows the quantification of the dose delivered to bone. We have assessed the applicability of this bone imaging for the calculation of the dose delivered to bone after a single administration of Sr-89 in comparison with other bone imaging protocols. A new short-axis scan of the spine is proposed for the bone imaging which provides a better signal to noise ratio and more rapid imaging, whilst still maintaining a high spatial resolution and contrast to noise ratio. Simulations using an anthropomorphic phantom model show that the proposed new imaging protocol allows the calculation of the dose delivered to bone following a single administration of Sr-89. This protocol can be used to predict the dose delivered to bone following the delivery of other radiopharmaceuticals with short half-lives and requires a 30 min measurement. Using this bone imaging protocol, we have also evaluated the methodologic accuracy of the effective dose calculations performed on a volunteer.Q:

a) mongod –config /home/me/mongos.conf show
shows the servers are in a replica set in the background
b) the mongostat -f shows replica set operation has started.
c) when I install the mongodb-replset extension, I can see which servers are running in a replica set in the configuration file:
