I am not sure what to put on the guide (Name,NCs, other)? The closest I can find is a guide for the same ANSI set-up in the olm manual, but it’s not clear if that would work in LabScribe, or if you have to use a different software.

A:
Lab Scribe is a metrology software that has the functionality to connect to a controller (several MCMs), store test results in a database, automate the tests and report results. Therefore, you need at least a MCM and a software that has the functionality as Lab Scribe.
The Scribe software needs a set-up template, where you must insert your NCs and the label that will be used for the run. I recommend to take a look at the Lab Scribe manual. Chapter 19 has an example of the guide in LabScribe format. If you download a relevant copy of the manual, you can take a look at the defined documents that the software generates. One is the guide that you can use as the base for the set-up. The NCs must be part of your METD (metrological data document) if you perform the tests in the lab.
A:
The.Lab Scribe set-up file is the same format as the guide card. I usually attach both of them to the email message. However, if you want to generate the set-up file automatically, you have to set the parameters in the guide card. See the following page:
Chapter 19: XF86 Metrology-Guided Test Set-up and JW18
The figure below shows the GUIDANCE tab in Labscribe.
The GUIDANCE tab can be used to set up the XF86 Guides. You can set up the guides for color, or light, scanning, or graphics. You can also set up for a specific gauge which is useful for strain, hardness, etc.
If you want to use a preferred kind of the set-up that you prepared earlier, you can re-enter the guide card.
Q:
Is there a way to determine if a user is a System Administrator?
I’m looking to determine if a user is a “System Administrator” so that I can allow or deny access.
I currently have a Windows Forms app that
