i wanna know that is it possible to import matrix file into cinema 4d including all the vray textures and exquisite details ive purchased the software now i wanna eport my project to cinema 4d but i dnt know how.. and i dont wanna lose matrix amazing textures. can u help me anyway i d be much obliged
when you export the file, you are actually exporting a matrix of images with some information in them. in this case, it sounds like the file is being written to a folder, but it does not actually get written to a folder, it just gets saved to a file. when you import the file, you must specify what you want to do with it.

id reach out via email to matrixgemvision.com as the support guys would probably be able to get this fixed faster than i could. this error pops up for vanilla rhino users as well once in awhile and if i remember they (support staff) have a couple things they have user check for that gets it back up and running that off top of my head cant remember and am out of office at moment.
one word that has come up over and over again during my research into the tools is ‘intuitive.’ it is clear that this is the most important feature, and while rhino had a fairly good user interface, the interface for matrix is much simpler and more effective. the interface is the first thing that visitors see when they open matrix.
