by the way, i have been trying to release a new version of dcm2niix this month and i have been working on this issue for more than a year. i have not been able to get the version of the siemens dicom files to work, so i have been using the hl7 v2.x dicom files. there is no issue with these files, but they were not specifically created for dcm2niix. i will be releasing the new version of dcm2niix very soon.
hello,i’ve just installed siemens plm nx 7.5 on my windows xp laptop. i’ve also installed magnitude crack. however, i can’t get the fieldmap tool to work. when i launch it, i get the error message: “incorrect fieldmap calculation parameters provided.” i assume the problem lies with the parameters you suggested, but i don’t know what i’m doing wrong.i’m not a programmer, but i’d like to use this tool.thanks for any help you can give.
here’s an example of a phase difference image from adni from one of the scans that was acquired on the same day as the corresponding magnitude image. because the phase difference image is a single slice, you can look up the corresponding slice in the magnitude image in order to know the orientation and field of view of the phase difference image.
for siemens plm nx 7.5, the spectral fat suppression was turned off. this should be turned on before applying a phase correction, but for simplicity i leave it off here. the result of turning off spectral fat suppression is a reduction in the contrast of the magnitude images, but you can still see the edges of the cerebellum very well in the images.
