By chance do you use a plugin called FlashGot extension for a RSS reader? If so, you can see this on your toolbar and as soon as you click on the flashgot button you can select in which tab to open the download:
If you are using Windows you can follow the instructions in the manual, otherwise, you can go to Autodesk Ideas to create a suggestion and tag it as a plugin for FlashGot.
You can also check in if one is already proposed and vote for it if you think it is a great idea.
I have found the extension and it is really cool, thank you. I also use it and I can vote for or comment. I love it!Q:
DateTime not setting to to SQL Server
I am trying to insert a record into the database. The date is defaulting as 00/00/0000 so I am trying to set it to specific date.
DateTime dt = DateTime.Parse(“01/01/1711”);
db.DocumentRepository.Document.UpdateValue(“CreatedDate”, “1/1/1711”, null, null);
db.DocumentRepository.Document.InsertOrReplace(false);
I am getting the exception.
A:
It seems that you have the wrong date format (dd/MM/yyyy):
DateTime dt = DateTime.Parse(“01/01/1711”);
As it looks like your computer date format is dd/MM/yyyy and the date format in your database is MM/dd/yyyy you need to change the date format in the Parse method to:
DateTime dt = DateTime.ParseExact(“01/01/1711”, “MM/dd/yyyy”, null);
And the dd/MM/yyyy format to use it in the UpdateValue method:
db.DocumentRepository.Document.UpdateValue(“CreatedDate”,
dt.ToString(“MM/dd/yyyy”), null, null);
db.DocumentRepository.Document.InsertOrReplace(false);
