Did you notice anything interesting? Did you see anything really cool?

Before we get into that, I want to mention that some people have commented on the audio that is played at the beginning of the video. I don’t know if it was just because I have limited hearing, but I couldn’t hear a damn thing. Not even a beep. Other people have said they could hear the sounds and what not, so there’s obviously something there.

I want to stress that the audio itself is not the problem.

If we look at the 2D and 3D video segments in the YouTube video, we can see that it’s clearly not doing anything, and that it’s not added anything to the quality of the scene. It’s just there. It’s like a second-hand audio channel.

So why would a 3D rendering program be adding a second-hand audio channel?

It could be for any number of reasons. For example, this could be using the audio stream to extract things like the camera feed or scene lighting, and then blending that in or passing through the rendered texture.

The other potential reason for this is that it’s just an in-game audio glitch. Maybe there was a weird
